Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting cacogeoufj, or using our catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cacogeoufj B.V. regarding your use of our healthy catering services, website, and related communications.

Service Description

cacogeoufj provides healthy catering services including corporate catering, event catering, and custom menu planning throughout North Brabant, Netherlands. Our services include food preparation, delivery, and related catering support as agreed upon in individual service contracts.

All catering services are subject to availability, seasonal ingredient variations, and the specific terms outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

• All catering bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract
• Bookings are subject to availability and minimum order requirements
• We require at least 48 hours advance notice for standard catering orders
• Large events or custom menu requests may require longer lead times

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
• A deposit may be required for large orders or first-time customers
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before event: No charge
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before event: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before event: Full charge
• Changes to guest count must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of cacogeoufj, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about dietary requirements, allergies, and guest counts
• Ensure appropriate venue access and facilities for delivery and setup
• Provide adequate notice for any changes to your order or event details
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment terms
• Treat our staff with respect and provide a safe working environment
• Inform us immediately of any food safety concerns or incidents

Food Safety and Allergies

cacogeoufj maintains HACCP certification and follows strict food safety protocols. However, customers are responsible for informing us of all dietary restrictions and allergies when placing orders.

• We cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation facilities
• Customers with severe allergies should discuss their requirements with our team before ordering
• All food should be consumed within safe timeframes and stored at appropriate temperatures
• Report any food safety concerns to us immediately

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the cacogeoufj website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and design elements, is the intellectual property of cacogeoufj B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission
• The cacogeoufj name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks
• Our recipes and menu designs are proprietary business information
• Customer feedback and suggestions may be used by cacogeoufj for business improvement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, cacogeoufj's liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific catering order in question.

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our liability does not extend to third-party vendors or venues
• Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions) may affect service delivery without liability
• Customers are advised to maintain appropriate insurance for their events

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and Dutch data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

For EU customers, this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Termination of Services

cacogeoufj reserves the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with customers who:

• Violate these terms of service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to pay invoices according to agreed terms
• Engage in abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff
• Make unreasonable demands that compromise food safety or service quality

Termination of service does not affect any outstanding payment obligations or other terms that by their nature should survive termination.

Force Majeure

cacogeoufj is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Labour strikes or supplier disruptions
• Public health emergencies
• Transportation or infrastructure failures

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide alternative solutions where possible.

Changes to Terms

cacogeoufj reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes that may affect existing bookings, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers directly.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
